AgentZap reception review
AgentZap Pricing: Setup Fees and Plan Choices
A contractor comparing AgentZap pricing needs two answers: what the ongoing plan includes and what it takes to get the reception workflow ready. An advertised setup waiver can change the initial purchase, but it does not explain the entire agreement.

Use the published prices as a starting point, then request the terms for the plan and billing period you intend to buy. Compare Revo against the same reception requirements rather than assuming the providers include identical services.

The advertised plan and setup prices
AgentZap's homepage lists Starter at $109 per month and Professional at $295 per month. It lists a $499 setup fee and advertises that fee as waived on six-month and annual Professional plans. [1]
Keep the setup charge separate from the recurring plan when reviewing a proposal. Ask which billing commitment qualifies for the waiver, when payment is due and what happens if you leave early. The advertised waiver alone does not establish cancellation rights, refund eligibility or the timing of other charges.
Confirm the included usage in writing
AgentZap's homepage advertises unlimited calls, while its contractor page presents a minute allowance. [1, 2] Those statements should not be combined into a promise of unlimited talk time for your proposed plan.
Ask for the applicable allowance, the billing unit and any charges above the allowance. If the proposal uses a different package from a public page, request a description of that package rather than applying one page's terms to another plan.
Make setup a defined deliverable
AgentZap describes AI reception, calendar-related workflows and contractor intake, including project information. [1, 2] For your office, define what the setup must produce: the approved call instructions, the destination for new inquiries, the scheduling process and the staff contact for unresolved requests.
Consider a fictional remodeler receiving both project inquiries and calls from existing customers. The first call may need project scope captured; the second may need an office callback. The setup brief should explain those different next steps without letting reception promise a project price or start date.
The homepage also advertises human backup. [1] If that affects your decision, ask what the quoted plan actually includes, when a handoff occurs and whether additional charges apply. This guide has not independently verified that service's availability or performance.
Compare the proposal with Revo
Revo's published service scope includes AI reception, intake, routing and scheduling. [3] Review its current plans for the relevant terms and confirm any workflow dependencies directly. Do not assume matching integrations or human backup.
A useful purchase comparison records the recurring plan, initial setup charge, written waiver conditions and reception tasks included. Once those are clear, you can assess the commitment without relying on an unverified savings claim.
