Allendale Answering Service: confirm what each plan includes

A residential service office comparing Allendale Answering Service plans should establish how each displayed monthly amount relates to its per-minute figure. A tier called “100 Minute” looks informative, but its name alone is not a complete billing rule. Before choosing, obtain the allowance, charge trigger and applicable measurement in writing.

Updated · Published by Revo

Revo publishes this guide and sells a competing AI answering service. This is a documentary review of public information checked October 30, 2026. We did not subscribe, place test calls or verify invoices. The worksheet below helps a buyer resolve an offer; it does not supply missing contract terms or promise savings.

Identify the local offer within the AnswerNet family

Allendale's homepage identifies it as part of the AnswerNet family. Its trade-service page explicitly includes HVAC, plumbers and general contractors, with customized intake and message delivery.

Ask which entity and offer will appear on your agreement. A network relationship does not prove identical plan prices, allowances or software access across brands. Keep the exact dated proposal with the business name, service scope and billing contact.

The separate AnswerNet buying guide examines reception versus more involved support work. Here the decision is narrower: how to interpret and confirm the actual Allendale plan schedule before accepting a price.

Read the displayed figures without completing the missing rule

The official pricing page shows these examples from its published schedule:

Displayed plan labelDisplayed monthly amountDisplayed per-minute figure
Standard$24.99+$1.19 per minute
100 Minute$115+$1.18 per minute
300 Minute$299+$1.14 per minute

These are transcribed display elements, not calculated totals. The page does not clearly establish in the reviewed wording whether every plan's per-minute figure starts with the first billable minute or applies after an allowance. Do not silently turn a displayed figure into an overage rate. Nor should the tier name alone become proof of a verified included allowance.

The same page says email, text messages and alpha-numeric paging are included in all plans. That does not establish every aspect of the intake or follow-up scope. Obtain the specific proposal rather than treating a delivery channel as proof that a technician accepted the job.

Use this plan-confirmation worksheet

Give the supplier the exact displayed label you are considering. Complete the second column from its written response and preserve any qualification.

Term to confirmSupplier's written answerWhy the buyer needs it
Applicable monthly commitmentNot yet confirmedEstablishes the recurring amount for this account
Included billable minutes, if anyNot yet confirmedA plan name is not the governing allowance
When the per-minute charge beginsNot yet confirmedSeparates a first-minute charge from additional usage
What counts as billable timeNot yet confirmedConversation, transfers and other work may be defined differently
Rounding ruleNot yet confirmedPer-call rounding can differ from rounding a period total
Usage period and resetNot yet confirmedDetermines which activity belongs to the allowance
Required one-time or recurring extrasNot yet confirmedPrevents a displayed subscription from becoming an invented all-in price
Selected intake and delivery scopeNot yet confirmedIdentifies what the office receives and retains
Change and cancellation termsNot yet confirmedEstablishes the applicable commitment and exit procedure

“Not yet confirmed” is a useful result. It identifies the missing evidence before the business commits. It is not a claim that the supplier imposes an undisclosed charge or refuses to explain its offer.

Compare plans using the same office workload

Prepare one representative, anonymized period from your own call records. List ordinary inquiries, longer quote requests and existing-customer contacts separately, preserving the durations needed for the confirmed billing rule. Remove customer details that are unnecessary for a purchasing calculation.

Ask the supplier to show how that same period would be billed under each eligible plan. Use the confirmed allowance and rounding method, not the number in a plan label. If a charge applies only after an allowance, that is different from a rate applied to every eligible minute; neither interpretation should be selected for convenience.

Keep a separate column for scope. A mathematical comparison is useful only when each option covers the required calls and permitted tasks. Do not subtract totals from different workloads or ignore a required service merely to produce an apparent saving. No plan winner can be calculated from the unresolved terms in this guide.

Define the intake outcome alongside the price

For a fictional residential plumbing office, an ordinary call might request a quote for planned work. Identify the information the office needs to return that call and which questions require an employee. A caller asking for a technician immediately represents a different next-step decision; do not treat message delivery as dispatch completion.

Request an authorized demonstration using fictional details. Check the captured request, delivery destination and office follow-up responsibility. If the proposal includes additional technician-contact procedures, ask exactly what outcome is contracted and how unsuccessful contact is handled. Do not infer technical diagnosis, safe urgency detection or guaranteed attendance from an answering-service description.

This test is distinct from the plan calculation. It checks whether the office can use what it is buying. A lower quoted bill does not establish that the required result works.

Compare Revo on its published scope

Revo publishes AI answering, business-script intake, supported appointment handling and call summaries. Transfers and other functions depend on the chosen plan and supported setup. Review current Revo pricing and services for the applicable offer and conditions.

This guide does not establish that Revo supplies Allendale's live operators, paging arrangement or AnswerNet support services. It also does not create a Revo per-minute tariff, allowance or agreement condition. Compare the actual supported outcome and written commitment for each offer, leaving unverified items open.

Frequently asked questions

Does “100 Minute” prove that 100 minutes are included?

Not by itself. Obtain the applicable written allowance and the point at which the displayed per-minute charge applies.

Can I treat the displayed per-minute figure as an overage rate?

Only if the supplier confirms that rule for the selected offer. This guide preserves the public label without supplying an unstated billing interpretation.

Does membership in AnswerNet make every network plan interchangeable?

No. Confirm the contracting entity, plan and supported work for the specific proposal.

Should I select the lowest monthly amount first?

Establish the complete billing rules and required scope first. A headline subscription is insufficient to determine the payable total or operational fit.
