Allo AI receptionist: identify the offer before comparing the price

The name matters in this search. The software business at withallo.com and the telecommunications business at allocommunications.com are different supplier identities. Before comparing an Allo AI receptionist offer, record the actual website, seller and product you intend to buy.

Start with the software offer's published scope

Allo's AI receptionist page describes an AI agent within its business-phone environment. It documents calendar booking, transfers and CRM write-ups, and presents demonstration clips. The page states that the receptionist takes its own Business seat at $32 per user per month, billed yearly.

Treat that as the page's stated offer, not a complete account quote. Read Allo pricing and ask the supplier to reconcile the AI agent, required human-user seats, phone numbers and any additional usage or account charges. Do not transfer a price from one Allo website to the other.

ALLO Communications also advertises an AI receptionist offering. If that is your intended supplier, obtain its own service eligibility and written quote. A software seat price from withallo.com does not establish the telecommunications company's rate or availability.

Use an identity and total-cost record

FieldRecord before purchase
SellerWebsite, legal supplier on the offer and support destination
ProductAI agent, phone-system account, telecommunications service or a combination
Required seatsAI-agent seat and any separate account or user requirement
BillingMonthly equivalent versus annual amount payable; renewal terms
Number arrangementExisting-number use, additional numbers and supported routing
Booking resultCalendar or CRM destination, required connection and account permissions

Ask the supplier to show one fictional new-service request and one transfer that cannot reach the intended person. Record the completed action and the fallback. A demonstration clip illustrates an example; it does not verify your configured account.

Compare reception separately from the phone workspace

Revo's published offer is AI reception. Do not assume it replaces an entire phone workspace, supplies telecommunications access or provides an Allo integration. Compare current Revo plans only after separating those requirements from the reception tasks.

Does the same name establish the same company or plan?

No. Verify the actual supplier and purchase documents.

Is a per-seat headline the whole account cost?

Not necessarily. Obtain the required seats, number arrangement, usage and billing commitment together before comparing alternatives.
