Autocalls reception review
Autocalls AI: Plan Minutes, US Numbers and Carrier Costs
A US home services office considering Autocalls AI should review the plan allowance and the phone connection together. An AI minute price alone does not explain every cost of receiving a call through a US number.

Start with the reception workflow you need, then identify the AI plan, phone arrangement and configuration responsibilities. This guide compares that purchasing scope with Revo's reception offering without treating the services as interchangeable.

Read the monthly allowance with its limits
Autocalls' pricing page lists Starter at $34 monthly with 120 included AI minutes, one assistant and three parallel calls. It lists Pro at $129 monthly with 700 included AI minutes, five assistants and ten parallel calls. Advertised additional AI minute prices are $0.20 and $0.16 respectively. The page also presents annual billing offers and larger plans. [1]
Keep monthly and annual offers separate. An office should also distinguish included minutes from simultaneous-call capacity: those describe different limits. Higher-tier agency features are not evidence that an entry plan includes the same capacity.
Separate the US phone costs
Autocalls' US page advertises US numbers from $3.99 per month and an inbound carrier rate of $0.0085 per minute. It also describes bringing a carrier through SIP. [2]
The same material explains that AI processing and carrier usage affect the minute balance, with carrier costs converted into deductions according to the plan. [2] Do not treat the listed AI minute rate as a universal all-in US call price or assume that one minute of conversation always uses exactly one minute of the displayed balance.
Request an explanation for your chosen plan and phone route. Include the number charge, carrier treatment, included allowance and additional usage. A generic calculator example does not establish the billing result for your configuration, so this guide does not calculate a combined monthly total.
Identify who maintains the reception workflow
Autocalls markets an AI receptionist and describes US home services uses. [2, 3] A business evaluating a configurable workflow should still identify who sets the instructions, maintains availability and reviews requests that need staff attention.
Imagine a fictional HVAC office that changes its service area for seasonal work. Someone must update the reception instructions and confirm how out-of-area inquiries reach staff. Decide whether your team will own those changes or purchase assistance with them. Do not assume a plan allowance includes ongoing workflow management.
Compare that scope with Revo
Revo describes AI reception, intake, routing and scheduling. [4] Compare its current plans against the reception responsibilities you need, including setup and support questions. This guide does not establish identical phone infrastructure, carrier billing or workflow-building features.
The practical next step is a proposal that joins the plan, phone route and operating responsibilities in one place. That makes the purchase reviewable without presenting an ambiguous per-minute headline as the full cost.
