Dialzara pricing: choose the handoff and setup model

Dialzara’s monthly price is only part of the purchase. A home-service office also needs to decide who maintains the AI’s instructions and what happens when a caller needs a person. Compare those responsibilities before choosing a plan from the minute allowance alone.

Read the inbound price ladder first

On October 28, 2026, Dialzara’s official inbound pricing showed Business Lite at $29 for 60 talk minutes, Pro at $99 for 220, Plus at $199 for 500, and Elite at $349 for 1,000. Published overage rates were $0.48, $0.45, $0.40 and $0.35 per minute respectively. These are dated listed rates, not a custom quote. Dialzara pricing

Keep a second column for required functions. A plan with enough minutes can still be unsuitable if the call must follow a handoff that the plan does not include. Identify which requests should end in a message, which may become a confirmed booking and which need your team’s decision.

Choose a transfer path before estimating the bill

The published table includes blind transfers across the inbound plans and warm transfers from Pro upward. It also places after-hours rules, English/Spanish support and Google/Outlook calendar sync on Pro and higher. Confirm the exact behavior in your proposed setup rather than treating all transfers or calendar labels as interchangeable.

Original scenario: a homeowner describes a new repair request, then asks to speak with the office about an unresolved prior visit. Write down what information your employee needs before accepting the handoff. Define the result when the recipient is unavailable: record a callback request, use another authorized destination or follow a different approved instruction. A transferred call is not evidence that someone accepted the work.

Assign prompt ownership after launch

Lite, Pro and Plus list self-editable prompts. Elite lists initial prompt setup, while the separately quoted Done for You offer lists ongoing prompt work. Initial setup and continuing maintenance are different purchases; ask what each arrangement actually covers.

Use this original ownership card. It should remain usable when the employee who first configured the service is absent.

  • Business owner: approves service area, job types, hours and commercial boundaries.
  • Instruction editor: makes an authorized change and records which version is active.
  • Test reviewer: checks the revised instruction with fictional requests before normal use.
  • Handoff owner: maintains the destination and its unavailable-recipient fallback.
  • Exception owner: reviews an unresolved answer and decides whether to change the script.
  • Provider responsibility: identifies which setup or ongoing tasks are included in the written proposal.

Use minutes without inventing a rounding rule

An original Pro illustration uses 250 billable talk minutes in a month: $99 + (30 × $0.45) = $112.50 before any other applicable charge. This assumes the supplier’s actual billing record establishes those 250 minutes under the proposed terms. It does not estimate call duration from a job count or assume how partial minutes are rounded.

Prepare an ordinary period and a busy period from your office’s own observations. Preserve call count, duration and unresolved handoffs separately. More minutes do not establish more qualified inquiries, and a smaller bill does not establish a better customer result.

Keep connections and add-ons within their stated scope

Dialzara describes third-party connections through Zapier/Make, with different levels by plan. Do not turn that label into a claim of native support for a particular field-service system. Ask what record moves, what triggers the action, who owns the connection and how an error reaches a person.

Outbound voice, AI SMS and website chat have separate commercial arrangements. Budget only the channels you intend to buy and confirm their own units and charges. A bundled notification after an incoming call is not the same purchase as an AI agent conducting an SMS conversation. This guide does not add those services to an inbound quote automatically.

Compare the supported answering task with Revo

Revo’s current offer describes AI inbound answering, the business’s own script and rules, appointment booking and summaries. Eligible plans include transfers to the customer’s own team. This does not establish a staffed live-agent service, a particular warm-transfer implementation or a named native software integration. Revo plans

Use the same request and unavailable-recipient case when evaluating the two proposals. Inspect who receives the information and who changes the instructions after a mistake. Choose a documented workflow with an owner, then compare its applicable billing units. Neither a price table nor this article demonstrates service quality, savings or a guarantee that every request becomes a booked job.

Questions

Does Elite’s initial prompt setup mean someone maintains every later change?

Do not assume that. Initial configuration and ongoing management have different descriptions; obtain the proposed responsibility split.

Can I compare two plans solely by included minutes?

No. Confirm the transfer, language, scheduling and maintenance requirements first, then compare the documented usage costs.
