Jill's Office: compare the weekly bill and the annual commitment

Jill's Office is a live answering option for service businesses. Its pricing deserves a weekly calculation: the account fee, usage brackets and annual commitment are separate parts of the purchase.

Start with the current billing structure

Jill's Office pricing lists weekly account fees of $39 for Receptionist, $59 for Complete and $89 for Advance. Usage is additional. The page distinguishes a weekly offer with a setup charge from an annual account fee paid upfront, with different minute rates and no setup fee under that annual offer.

Do not read the account fee as the complete answering bill. The supplier describes tiered weekly usage: different portions of the same week's minutes can carry different rates. It also states that the usage ranges reset weekly.

Work through a matching example

The pricing page's Receptionist and Complete weekly table charges the first 49 minutes at $2.00 and the following range at $1.80. For a fictional 100-minute week, the published calculation is:

49 × $2.00 + 51 × $1.80 = $189.80 in usage.

For Receptionist, adding the published $39 weekly account fee gives $228.80 before any applicable setup charge, tax or other item. This is a planning example, not a quote or customer result. Do not apply these particular brackets to Advance or the annual offer.

Use the same weekly workload when comparing alternatives. Four weeks is not a calendar month, and a monthly provider's included allowance may reset differently.

Separate commitment from coverage

The pricing page says annual account fees are non-refundable even though cancellation is available. Confirm what cancellation stops, what remains paid and when the account fee begins. Jill's Office terms also matter for the first billing period; do not assume usage starts only after every onboarding task is complete.

Where Revo belongs in the comparison

Revo offers AI reception, rather than Jill's live-receptionist staffing model. Compare current Revo plans against the actual calls, allowed actions and billing unit you need. Do not assume either provider duplicates every function of the other.

Is $39 per week the complete Jill's Office price?

No. The published structure adds usage and may add setup or other applicable charges.

Does optional AI overflow make every call an AI call?

No. Ask when the optional service answers and how usage changes when the caller reaches a person.
