Reception buying decisions
JustCall AI receptionist: identify the incoming-call plan
JustCall markets phone, messaging, outbound and AI products. A home-service buyer trying to cover unanswered incoming calls should isolate the receptionist package and its dependencies. Buying a dialer or a coaching feature does not establish autonomous reception.

Use the receptionist-specific offer as the starting point
The AI receptionist page describes three pricing paths: pay as you go at $0.99 per minute, Agent Lite at $99 per month with 100 minutes and Agent Max at $249 with 300 minutes. It lists intake, transfers and appointment booking among Lite's actions. Some advanced Max features are labeled upcoming; that is not evidence they are available now.
General pricing uses other plan labels. Obtain the exact current name, required phone subscription or number arrangement, included actions and additional-minute rate for the offer you will buy. Do not silently combine general phone-plan entitlements with the agent page or assume a listed starting price is the whole bill.
Define a receptionist-only acceptance sheet
| Requirement | Evidence to request from the selected plan |
|---|---|
| Answer without an employee first | A fictional incoming call handled by the agent |
| Collect the service inquiry | Approved questions and the resulting contact/request record |
| Book an appointment | Supported calendar action and clear appointment versus request status |
| Reach an employee | Transfer destination, information passed and no-answer result |
| Log the outcome | Actual supported destination, access and any additional requirement |
| Handle an unsupported question | Agreed handoff without invented pricing or job commitments |
Ask which actions are available today and which are prospective. An API capability is not a completed integration; a vendor's connected-app catalogue is not proof that your office workflow is already configured.
Keep the purchase separate from outbound work
Use a fictional residential HVAC inquiry to inspect the new-request record and the office's next step. Do not test with a real lead, start an outbound campaign or infer permission to contact customers because the platform offers a dialer.
If the office later wants callbacks, messaging or broader sales work, establish the relevant product, authority, consent process and costs separately. This reception evaluation does not promise compliance or turn outbound functions into Revo capabilities.
Compare Revo on the agreed incoming scope
Revo's pricing publishes AI answering, business-specific instructions, supported booking and summaries. Transfers depend on the selected plan and setup. This guide establishes no JustCall integration, equivalent API actions, voice cloning or outbound dialer for Revo.
Compare the same incoming request and handoff under each actual package. If your decision requires an advanced action not demonstrated by one offer, treat that as a scope difference rather than assuming the cheaper headline is equivalent.
Frequently asked questions
Are Lite and Max necessarily the names on every JustCall pricing page?
No. The reviewed receptionist page uses those names; confirm the controlling current offer and prerequisites.
Is a feature labeled upcoming safe to include in my required scope?
Only after the provider establishes it is available for your account. Do not purchase against an unverified future capability.
