Landscape CRM software: connect contacts and properties

Landscape CRM software should be evaluated around the relationship between customers, properties and proposed work. A service calendar alone may not explain who can discuss or approve a quote at each property.

Model one customer with several properties

Use a fictional management company with two properties and different site contacts. Identify the business’s authorized commercial contact separately from a person providing access information. Do not infer decision authority from a shared email domain.

Ask a vendor to demonstrate the customer, property and contact relationships. Then change one site contact and inspect whether the other property remains correct. These are proposed tests, not promised features of every CRM.

Keep seasonal opportunities separate

Create a fictional recurring-maintenance relationship and a separate enhancement inquiry. Both concern the same property but need different scope, estimate history and next actions.

Ask how the office identifies an old proposal versus the current one. A previous season’s accepted scope should not automatically become authorization for different work. Inspect the records the actual product supports rather than assuming a pipeline label resolves this.

Follow a handoff to the estimator

Give the estimator the property reference, current scope question, relevant authorized contact and prior proposal reference. Test a correction to the contact’s role before a decision is recorded.

Check how the office recognizes unresolved questions and reassigns ownership when a colleague is away. Compare exports and administration using fictional records before choosing a tool. Do not upload real customer data merely for a demonstration.

Separate relationship management from scheduling

The landscape scheduling guide evaluates crews, visits, travel and weather changes. This page evaluates customer relationships, authority and proposal history. The two purchases may interact, but the business needs to identify which record each owns.

Revo’s Services and Pricing describe answering. Confirm any named connection directly; this page does not establish a native landscape CRM, contact-authority verification or automatic opportunity synchronization.

Common questions

Make the next step clear.

Resolve the details that matter to your team and callers.

Is a property contact always the person who approves work?

No. Establish roles through the business’s actual customer relationship and approval process.

Should a new seasonal inquiry overwrite the old opportunity?

Preserve enough history and separation to identify the actual scope and decision being discussed.

Keep the property, contact role and proposed work distinguishable.
