Marlie AI: Actions, Booking and Transfer Plan Limits
For a home-service office choosing Marlie AI, start with what one caller may need completed. A plan that takes a message can suit a different job from a plan that checks availability, books a visit and connects the caller to your team.

Match the plan to the actions you need
Marlie’s pricing page lists these monthly plans:
Plan Price Included minutes Additional minute Basic $49 250 $0.35 Standard $99 500 $0.35 Pro $199 1,000 $0.30 Premium $399 2,000 $0.25
Basic permits one action per call and excludes transfers. Standard allows up to three actions, adds calendar booking and rescheduling, and transfers to one number. Pro advertises unlimited actions, department routing, cancellation of bookings, custom fields and document uploads. Premium adds team-assisted multi-location setup and sequential staff ringing. These are dated advertised inclusions; confirm the applicable offer and how actions are counted. [1]
Do not infer action counting from a feature list
Consider an illustrative air-conditioning office. One caller wants to move a visit, ask a question and speak with the office about the new time. Before choosing a plan, write down the sequence you expect and ask how the configured account handles it.
Do not decide on your own whether checking availability, changing a visit and sending a link count as one action or several. Ask Marlie to map the proposed sequence to its limit, including a failed attempt or a caller changing direction.
Then decide what should happen if the requested operation cannot finish. Your office might prefer a callback request to a partially completed appointment change. The right choice depends on your process, not simply on how many features appear in the plan.
Check the home-service booking boundary
Marlie’s home-services page describes capturing job details and booking through field-service or calendar connections. It separates quoting a business-approved trip fee from committing to a repair price, and describes urgent notifications to the team. [2]
For your own evaluation, use a fictional caller who changes both the requested service and the preferred date. Check the final record your office would use. Have the office distinguish an appointment from a request still awaiting a person. Do not give a caller an arrival commitment that your business cannot support.
Choose a transfer path your staff can answer
A fictional plumbing company might send every office question to one person. A larger shop may need different destinations during the day and after closing. Define who should receive each type of request and what the caller should hear if that person is unavailable.
Check those requirements against the chosen plan’s transfer provision. Ask for a demonstration of the unavailable-person path as well as the successful connection. A configured transfer is useful only if the resulting office process fits your staffing.
Compare the required workflow with Revo
Revo’s public Services page describes AI reception, intake, routing and scheduling. It does not provide a matching Marlie-style action allowance. Confirm the supported operations for your Revo setup and use the current plan, rather than assuming matching limits or feature parity. [3]
Frequently asked questions
Is the entry plan suitable when callers need transfers? The reviewed Basic plan excludes transfers. Match that requirement to a plan that explicitly includes it. [1]
Does an unlimited action allowance remove the minute allowance? The reviewed plans list those as separate limits. Keep the minute budget in the comparison even when the action allowance is unlimited. [1]
What should I bring to a demonstration? A short description of the caller’s request, the sequence your office wants completed and the person responsible when it cannot finish. That makes the plan choice specific to your business.
