Breezy AI receptionist: choose between self-serve and managed CRM setup
Breezy’s AI receptionist sits inside a broader front-office package. Before comparing its subscription with an answering-only service, decide where you want customer records to live and who should configure the connection.
Updated · Published by Revo
The important purchase distinction is between using Breezy’s bundled CRM and scheduling tools and keeping an existing CRM with a managed setup. Those paths can lead to different packages, channels, user limits and implementation responsibilities.
This guide concerns the service at getbreezy.app. Published by Revo; official documentation reviewed October 23, 2026. It is a documentary buying review, not hands-on testing or a reliability ranking. Confirm the current quote and exact workflow before purchase.
Start with the package path
Breezy’s published package grid distinguishes self-serve Professional and Growth plans from done-for-you Accelerate and White Glove arrangements. Its Smart CRM page describes connecting an existing CRM as part of done-for-you onboarding. That deserves more attention than a generic “integrates with your CRM” label. Breezy Smart CRM
Use this original purchase map to frame the sales conversation:
Where should the office manage the customer record?
|
+-- Breezy's bundled CRM
| -> Compare self-serve packages
| -> Check users and required channels
| -> Name the person responsible for setup and changes
|
+-- Existing CRM remains authoritative
-> Ask for the managed onboarding scope
-> Name the exact CRM and required operations
-> Obtain ownership, support and change terms
Either path -> demonstrate the actual contact and appointment records
-> resolve usage and commercial terms -> decide
This map does not establish that every requested connection is available. It identifies the evidence needed to choose the package rather than discovering the implementation gap afterward.
Published plan differences
The following monthly amounts and limits appear in the pricing grid on Breezy’s scheduling page. They are subscription entries, not an all-in quote or a per-minute rate. The dedicated pricing URL could not be directly retrieved during this review; verify the selected billing option before ordering.
| Package | Displayed monthly amount | Users | Published channel scope | Setup category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | $50 | 1 | Phone and SMS | Self-serve |
| Growth | $150 | Up to 3 | Phone, SMS and web chat | Self-serve |
| Accelerate | $750 | Up to 10 | Phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp and social | Done for you |
| White Glove | Custom | Unlimited | All channels as described by the provider | Done for you / custom |
The grid lists CRM and scheduling on Professional and Growth, with broader CRM integration and managed scope on the higher arrangements. It does not establish a voice-minute allowance or additional-usage price in the material reviewed here. Ask what is measured, what is included and what happens when usage exceeds any applicable limit. Breezy scheduling and plan grid
Do not divide a subscription amount by an assumed call count to invent a rate. Likewise, “custom” does not imply a particular minimum, and a channel named in the grid does not prove every operation works through that channel.
Built-in CRM and an existing CRM are different commitments
If you plan to use the bundled CRM, ask which records the office will maintain there and how staff will access them. Decide whether the tool becomes the primary customer record or a lead workspace that hands work to another system.
If your existing CRM remains authoritative, have the proposal name it. Ask which actions the connection performs: create a contact, update an existing contact, attach conversation details, create an appointment or send a request for staff action. These are purchasing requirements to resolve, not verified Breezy connector capabilities.
A vendor can offer a managed setup without taking over every future administrative task. Identify who maintains business hours, staff access, routing instructions and changes to the destination system. Obtain those responsibilities in writing before relying on the phrase “done for you.”
Distinguish the scheduling actor
Breezy’s receptionist page advertises AI answering and appointment booking. Its scheduling page separately describes client self-service for changes and cancellations. A customer changing an appointment in a self-service interface is different from an AI completing the same operation during a phone call. Breezy AI receptionist and scheduling service
For any required operation, record who does it. Leave phone-based rescheduling or cancellation unresolved unless the seller demonstrates that exact action for the proposed setup. Do not turn a general scheduling description into proof of every lifecycle operation.
Trace one customer through the proposed package
Use this original demonstration record with fictional data and the provider’s permission. It is not a completed Breezy test. The example focuses on the package and destination being purchased; technical failure testing belongs in a separate integration review.
Test customer: DEMO-BREEZY-01. Request: an estimate appointment for an approved service at a location your business covers.
| Evidence | Bundled-CRM path | Existing-CRM path |
|---|---|---|
| Proposed package and billing option | ___ | ___ |
| Person or AI taking the request | ___ | ___ |
| Contact record created or matched | Breezy record ID: ___ | Authoritative CRM ID: ___; other copy, if any: ___ |
| Appointment result | Appointment ID/status: ___ | Destination record ID/status: ___ |
| Office workspace used afterward | ___ | ___ |
| Actor for a later appointment change | ___ | ___ |
| Setup and ongoing-change owner | ___ | ___ |
| Observed result and unresolved question | ___ | ___ |
Ask the demonstrator to show the records rather than relying only on the conversation. If the outcome is a request for staff review, describe it that way. If two systems contain copies, identify which one the office should trust and who resolves a disagreement.
Do not use real customer information merely to make the sales demonstration realistic. A fictional contact is enough to establish which screens, records and staff responsibilities are involved.
Resolve the remaining purchase terms
Ask for a written answer to five questions:
- What voice, messaging or other usage is included, and how are additional charges calculated?
- Which exact CRM operations and channels are included in this package?
- Who completes setup and maintains the configuration afterward?
- What happens to the business number, contact records and appointment data if the service ends?
- Which required scheduling actions remain with the office or the customer’s self-service interface?
An unanswered term should remain open. Do not assume that data export, number ownership or a particular integration is included simply because the product is presented as a complete front office.
Choose the scope your office will use
Breezy may belong on the shortlist when you want to evaluate its bundled front-office tools or its documented managed CRM setup. If your requirement is narrower, compare the complete package against an answering-focused alternative instead of treating every included tool as necessary value.
For Revo, review the current plans and ask the team to confirm the software and workflow you need. This guide establishes no native Revo connection to Breezy or any CRM mentioned here, and it makes no claim that either service performs better or costs less for equivalent work.
