Reception buying decisions
Home inspector answering services: compare the booking responsibility
A home inspector buying phone coverage needs more than a friendly greeting. Decide whether the supplier will collect an inquiry, reserve an inspection within approved rules or provide a broader office service. Those are different purchases.

Compare the service being offered
| Supplier documentation | Purchase model to investigate | Question for your account |
|---|---|---|
| America's Call Center describes specialized home-inspection scheduling and logistics support | An industry-focused live office service with work beyond answering | Which quoting, ancillary-service and appointment tasks are included in the selected offer? |
| PATLive's home-inspector offer describes live answering, inspection booking and lead capture | A live reception service | What system receives the booking, and which availability and service rules can the agents apply? |
| Revo publishes AI reception plans | AI handling of approved information and requests | Which selected plan and supported configuration satisfy the required booking or transfer action? |
Do not infer a native connection to ISN, Spectora or another inspection platform from general scheduling language. Ask the provider to identify the connection and show the actual result for your account.
Decide who can commit the appointment
Complete this purchase record before comparing prices:
| Responsibility | Your authorized rule | Supplier evidence required |
|---|---|---|
| Property and service eligibility | Which properties and inspection categories the office accepts | How exceptions are returned without a promise of service |
| Availability | Which slots the supplier may reserve | The calendar or system of record and confirmation process |
| Transaction deadline | How a caller-supplied closing date is recorded | A deadline remains a request unless your business confirms a suitable appointment |
| Ancillary services | Which approved options may be discussed | The exact permitted explanation and responsible decision-maker |
| Existing report | Who handles questions about findings | A professional handoff rather than an unsupported interpretation |
The worksheet compares supplier responsibility. Our home-inspector reception workflow explains the intake information itself.
Price the same division of work
Request a quote for answering alone and identify any separate booking, appointment or office-service charges. Ask whether existing-customer calls and unsuccessful booking attempts consume the allowance. A lower answering fee may represent less administrative work, rather than a lower price for the same service.
Can the receptionist interpret an inspection report?
That question belongs with the qualified professional. The reception service should preserve the question and route it appropriately.
Does an industry-specific provider automatically support my software?
No. Verify the selected connection and the final record before purchase.
