FieldPulse Operator AI: phone and chat ownership
A FieldPulse business choosing customer-response tools needs to separate the incoming phone conversation from website chat. Operator AI and Chat AI are different parts of FieldPulse’s offer. Decide which channel needs coverage, which system owns the resulting job and who handles a request that moves between channels.

Separate phone answering from website chat
FieldPulse describes Operator AI as its phone agent for inbound calls, with booking inside FieldPulse. Its Field Intelligence and Chat AI pages separately describe the website conversation product. Confirm which products are enabled in the proposed account.
A buyer should therefore ask which product is included in the proposed package. Do not treat a website chatbot demonstration as proof that phone calls are covered, or assume phone answering automatically includes chat. Obtain the channel, account and enabled capabilities in writing.

Give one request one accountable owner
Fictional case: a homeowner starts a web chat, then calls because they need to explain the request. Before testing any product, decide how staff will identify whether those interactions concern the same customer, property and requested work. A matching first name alone is insufficient.
Ask the provider to demonstrate the proposed cross-channel path. Inspect the customer and job records after the chat and after the call. If the flow creates two requests, identify who reconciles them. If the caller changes the service address, ensure the change is reviewed rather than silently applied to an unrelated record.

Test three different outcomes
First, test a supported service at a time the actual configuration can book. Inspect the resulting job and the customer wording. Second, request a service the company does not offer. The expected result should follow your approved exclusion, not invent a new service to complete the booking.
Third, move from a chat to a call about an existing request. Record the original reference, later interaction, resulting job count and next owner. These are proposed acceptance cases, not tests already run against FieldPulse.
Keep the outcome ledger short: channel received; request identified; permitted action; resulting record; customer told; unresolved owner. A chat-to-phone transition is not proof of a successful job creation. Confirm each event separately in the actual account.

Compare an independent answering option fairly
If the need is phone coverage while your office retains scheduling control, ask a separate answering provider to demonstrate that narrower handoff. If the need is native FieldPulse booking across phone and chat, ask FieldPulse to show the exact workflow and inclusions. The two proposals may leave different work with your team.
Revo should be evaluated against its published answering plans and a verified proposed setup. This article does not claim a Revo–FieldPulse integration, native Chat AI service or automatic reconciliation of cross-channel requests. Do not assume those capabilities from a general software-connection label.
Use Revo’s existing Services and Pricing pages for the commercial starting point. Choose by the channels and records your office actually needs, with exceptions assigned before customer calls are routed.
