The reviewed table lists $65/month plus $1.75 per minute for low volume; $170 with 100 minutes and $1.80 overage; $320 with 200 and $1.80 overage; $825 with 500 and $1.70 overage; and $1,550 with 1,000 and $1.60 overage. These are published snapshots, not a negotiated quote.

More included minutes are not automatically the cheaper choice

Using that table for an illustrative 300 billable minutes gives $590 on low volume, $530 on the 100-minute plan, $500 on the 200-minute plan and $825 on the 500-minute plan. This calculation excludes unconfirmed extra fees and assumes identical chargeable minutes across plans.

The office should compare the complete range at its own usage level, including overage, instead of choosing the smallest plan with no overage. A hypothetical minute total is a cost illustration, not a prediction of HVAC demand or a guarantee of savings.

Holiday answering and long retention need separate confirmation

The page explicitly identifies possible fees for holiday coverage and extended data storage, to be agreed during contracting. Its broader annual-cost comparison also uses figures that should not replace the current monthly table. Do not convert a general no-hidden-fees statement into a promise that these extras cost nothing.

For a trade office, specify which holidays need coverage and how long the relevant records must remain available. Obtain the actual fee, storage scope and chargeable-minute definition with the chosen plan.
