Keep a public minute plan separate from a custom quote
Revo’s current Launch Offer lists Solo at $87.50/month for 100 minutes, Crew at $175 for 200 and Fleet at $350 for 400. Team transfers and field-service connections are excluded from Solo and listed in Crew/Fleet. This page does not alter the offer terms.
The Avoca inbound and ServiceTitan pages reviewed did not establish a current price, universal billing unit or setup fee. This is a gap in the reviewed evidence, not a claim that Avoca never publishes prices. Ask Avoca for a proposal covering your required operations. Do not replace the missing quote with a third-party estimate.

What Avoca documents about ServiceTitan
Avoca’s official integration page says it sends booked-job information into ServiceTitan, including customer details, appointment times, service information and conversation notes. Its inbound page describes recognizing customer context and briefing a CSR when a human is needed.
These are the provider’s published descriptions, not a tested result for your office. Confirm the software account, records and actions available in your package. A briefing to your CSR should not be described as access to a receptionist supplied by the vendor without an explicit staffed-service agreement.

What Revo needs to confirm for the same workflow
Revo’s published plans describe answering, appointment booking, your own script and rules, and call summaries. Crew and Fleet add team transfers and field-service connections. The general software-connection label does not prove a particular native CRM or every booking operation.
Ask Revo to identify where the request is stored and whether the supported setup creates a confirmed booking or only captures a preferred time. Require the same demonstration you ask from Avoca rather than assuming two products use identical software actions.

When Avoca or Revo may fit your office
Avoca may fit when a documented ServiceTitan job-record workflow and contextual CSR handoff are central requirements, subject to the proposal and an account demonstration. Revo may fit when its published minute plans, tier boundaries and confirmed supported setup match the work your office needs.
There is no verified cost comparison without Avoca’s quote and your workload. This page makes no claims about relative conversion, speed, reliability, revenue or savings. If either seller cannot demonstrate a required action, keep that requirement unresolved.

Test the handoff and the record before routing calls
Illustrative tests: a new customer requesting an estimate, a returning customer with an appointment reference, and a transfer recipient who is unavailable. Give both providers the same required fields and approved fallback. Check what reached the office and which person owns the next step.
The request, calendar preference and confirmed job are separate states. Do not treat a captured message as dispatch or a successful appointment. Retain an owner for correcting records and reverting the phone route while the setup is checked.
Common questions
Make the next step clear.
Resolve the details that matter to your team and callers.
What is Avoca’s price in this comparison?
No current amount was verified in the official pages reviewed. Obtain Avoca’s written quote; a missing verified price is not a zero price.
Does a CSR handoff mean vendor-staffed live reception?
Not automatically. Identify who receives the call and whether any supplied human coverage is explicitly part of the proposal.
Does Revo’s software label establish a native ServiceTitan connection?
No. Confirm the named platform, selected tier and supported booking actions directly. Solo excludes field-service connections.
