01 / Provider comparison
Compare the allowance and scope before comparing the price
Revo’s published offer lists Solo at $87.50 for 100 minutes, Crew at $175 for 200 and Fleet at $350 for 400. These are its existing Launch Offer prices, not new eligibility or duration terms. Crew and Fleet add transfers, field-service connections, recordings and transcripts; those are excluded from Solo.
Sameday lists Launch starting at $449 for 500 minutes and Scale starting at $789 for 1,000. Enterprise pricing is custom. Starting allowances and prices do not define your overage bill or every supported operation. Request those terms for the actual account.

A named job record can matter more than an allowance
If your office requires a record in ServiceTitan, inspect Sameday’s documented workflow and ask for a demonstration in your account. Its integration page describes appointment scheduling inside that platform.
Revo’s current plans use the broader label “Connects to your field service software” on Crew and Fleet. That label alone does not establish a native ServiceTitan integration. Ask Revo to identify the supported destination and booking action before making it a requirement in a purchase decision.

When each option belongs on the shortlist
Sameday belongs on a shortlist when its documented home-service software workflow is a required part of the job and your team can confirm the account-specific operations. Revo belongs on a shortlist when its published minute plans and supported setup fit your office’s intake and handoff requirements.
This is an editorial fit assessment based on public documentation. It does not establish that either provider books more jobs, responds faster, has better voices or costs less for the same workload.
04 / Provider comparison
Give both providers the same acceptance test
Use three illustrative situations: a new estimate request, a customer changing an existing visit, and a handoff recipient who does not answer. Record the information captured, the actual booking or message destination and who owns follow-up. These are proposed tests, not tests Revo has conducted on Sameday.
Use your real service area, hours and availability rules. Neither a phone answer nor a transfer attempt establishes that a technician is available. Keep the current phone route and an owner for rollback while your team checks the new configuration.
Common questions
Make the next step clear.
Resolve the details that matter to your team and callers.
Does Revo publish a native ServiceTitan integration here?
No. Revo’s field-service connection label is broader. Confirm the named platform and exact supported action directly before relying on it.
Are the entry plans equivalent because both include minutes?
No. The published allowances and feature scope differ. Compare your workload, required operations and written additional-usage terms.
Is this a tested ranking of the two services?
No. It is a dated comparison of public documentation with proposed evaluation scenarios. No booking-rate, savings or customer-result claim is made.
