Moneypenny pricing for home service answering
Moneypenny pricing has two different billing units on its US price page. Match the product to your call records before choosing an allowance. Published by Revo; official documentation reviewed October 16, 2026. Prices are a dated snapshot, not a quote or an independently tested performance comparison.

Read the US price card by product
The People Answering card lists $165 per month for 50 minutes, $265 for 100, $422 for 200 and $985 for 500. The corresponding additional-minute rates are $2.28, $2.12, $1.91 and $1.67. These are minute allowances, not counts of customer inquiries.
The AI Answering card instead lists $69 per month for 25 calls, $99 for 50, $199 for 100 and $435 for 250. Listed additional-call rates are $2.49, $2.39, $2.19 and $1.89 respectively. The card lists human escalation; ask how that affects the quote and usage definition.
These figures were checked on the US pricing page on October 16, 2026. Read the current card and written terms before purchasing; do not apply the AI call allowance to the people-answering product.

Check the minute calculation before estimating usage
Moneypenny’s billing explanation says its minute-based usage is charged in 30-second increments, including overages. It also describes customizable usage alerts through its client-success team. Confirm those rules for the specific product in your proposal; this minute-based explanation does not define how an AI call is counted.
For your office, separate total conversation time from billable usage. Export the actual durations of calls you intend to send to the service. Ask the provider to explain rounding and any other included time before using that history to choose a package. A total from your phone log alone may not equal a billed total.

Price the work your home service office needs
Moneypenny has a dedicated home-services offering. Treat that sector page as a reason to investigate fit, not proof that a particular field-service integration or dispatch action is included in every plan.
Write your required outcome beside each common call type: an estimate request to review, a booking that must be confirmed, an existing appointment to change, or an urgent request that needs your team. Require the quote to name the product and supported action for each outcome. Capturing an address and creating a correctly assigned job in your software are different deliverables.
Use the same scope when comparing Revo’s current plans. A provider-supplied person, an AI conversation and a transfer to your employee involve different staffing and fallback arrangements. Do not infer a Revo–Moneypenny integration or assume equal features from a similar monthly allowance.

Keep a decision record before moving the main number
Record the monthly charge, allowance unit, excess-usage rate, relevant billing rules and supported workflow from the same dated proposal. Keep unknown charges visibly unresolved rather than substituting rates from a different product or country.
Review a normal month and your own busiest representative period using real call history. Decide who monitors consumption and what happens when usage increases. A higher allowance is useful only when it matches the service your callers actually use.
Before changing the main business number, test the agreed greeting, information capture, handoff and unavailable-recipient behavior. Keep the current answering arrangement available until the new route and return path have been checked. A published price list is a starting point for that decision, not evidence of job conversion or savings.
Common questions
Make the next step clear.

Does Moneypenny price every answering product by the minute?
No. The US page reviewed lists People Answering plans by minutes and AI Answering plans by calls. Confirm the definition of usage for the chosen product.
Are the prices on this page a current offer from Revo?
No. They are a dated summary of Moneypenny’s published US price card. Request current terms from Moneypenny; Revo’s offer is separate.
