The starting offer is not an included-minute bundle
The reviewed offer states $25/month, no setup fee and $1.35 per minute for usage. Its description says usage can include web access, CRM work, order taking, scheduling, FAQ handling and escalation. Confirm the applicable offer before treating its starting fee as a total bill.

Calendar months differ from four-week periods
PCMSI’s FAQ says contracts and billing are month to month, with 12 bills per year rather than 28-day billing. It also says there is no extra charge based on the number of on-call employees and no after-hours/weekend/holiday surcharge. Confirm these stated terms in the account agreement.
The same FAQ describes operators using one screen for a client system and another for instructions. That describes a human access workflow; it should not be relabeled as a native API integration.

A broader billable task can still be useful work
For an appliance-repair office, a longer interaction might include entering the request in the existing CRM instead of sending a message that someone must re-enter. Compare the chargeable operator work with the task left for staff. Do not rank the service only by average talk duration.
PCMSI describes reviewing monthly usage and adjusting the pricing package under its Best Rate Guarantee. Before relying on it, obtain the applicable package choices and how the adjustment is shown on the invoice. The program does not establish a numerical savings result for your business.
