GoTo AI Receptionist pricing: credits and phone seats

GoTo’s current Connect pricing organizes AI Receptionist alongside its phone-system packages. Without a published dollar rate and credit conversion, an invented per-minute calculation would obscure the purchase decision. Published by Revo. Official sources reviewed October 20, 2026; prices are dated US snapshots, not binding quotes or performance tests.

Read the published offer in its own billing unit

The current plan page lists Phone System + AI Receptionist and CX Complete, with 100 AIR credits and additional credits available. Pricing requires sales contact. No dollar total or credit-to-minute conversion was verified. An April 2025 FAQ describes different minute packages, so it should not be used as the current price card.

Match the service to your office decision

An office replacing several phone seats should budget the phone platform and AI usage together. An existing GoTo customer should ask for the incremental change to the current subscription. Define the routing and languages the business needs in the proposal; a historical English-only FAQ and a current multilingual card should not be merged into one undated specification.

Work through a home-service example

Give the provider an illustrative week of calls, including short questions, longer estimate inquiries and transfers. Ask it to show the AIR-credit debit for each example and the total phone-seat bill. Keep the estimate blank until the unit conversion is documented. A credit allowance without its consumption rule is not enough to compare a busy month.

Resolve these points before choosing

Use the same requested tasks in every proposal. A rate card describes an offer; a representative call test shows whether the configured flow does the work your office needs.

Compare with Revo using the same workload

Review Revo’s current plans and included minutes through the Pricing link. Compare the required answering, booking and team-handoff workflow with that exact plan, rather than assuming every feature is included in its entry tier. Record calls, handled minutes and required tasks together before comparing differently metered services.

For a practical shortlist, test a new inquiry, an appointment change and a request that needs a person. Check the final calendar or message, the handoff result and the usage charged. These are suggested evaluation steps, not customer results or a claim that either provider will complete every request.

Common questions

Make the next step clear.

Resolve the details that matter to your team and callers.

Can I turn 100 AIR credits into 100 minutes?

No verified conversion supports that assumption. Ask GoTo to document the consumption rule before estimating usage.

What should a home-service office test?

Use a representative customer inquiry and verify the resulting message or appointment, routing behavior and billable usage. Do not equate answering a call with dispatching a technician.

Request a quote that explains the AIR credit unit. Use the current written terms and a representative call flow before selecting a package.
